Karen is the current Chief Information Officer (CIO) for DHL Express Singapore, with over 20 years of experience at DHL across various functions.  Prior to taking up this role in May 2021, Karen was the VP for the IT/Operations Program for Asia Pacific (excluding China), where she was responsible for managing systems beta, pilot and the deployment of DHL global applications. As CIO, while she is still focused on managing IT infrastructure and keeping the lights running in DHL, Karen plays a strategic role in driving digital transformation, innovation, and aligning technology with business goals.  She collaborates closely across departments, champions data protection and cybersecurity, as well as leverage emerging technologies like AI and cloud computing to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
