As the seasoned award-winning Chief Information Security Officer in the region, Frankie brings two decades experience in the financial and IT industries. He is heading the regional information security in one of global largest Asset Managers in the financial industry now and was former head of cyber & technology risk in UBS covering Singapore and ANZ markets. He has also worked in Citibank, Microsoft and HP.

He regularly speaks at the academic & industry flagship forums including Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), The Asian Banker (TAB), Asia Risk, International Data Corporation (IDC), etc., as the practical advocate for bridging the gap between cyber security and business agenda. He is also a digital transformation and innovation catalyst with patent about next generation wireless networking filed as USA patent office as sole inventor.

He received industry awards including Global Top 100 leaders in Infosec, CSO 30 ASEAN, CIO 100 ASEAN, Asia 200 Digital Leaders and Economic Times (ET) CIO Southeast Asia’s Transformative CIO.
