Isarel is currently the General Manager Cyber Security & Risk at Hydro. With different hats in the technology field  – Analyst, Developer, Infrastructure Engineer, Advisor, Auditor, Project Manager, Lead Ops and Development, IT Manager, he enriched himself with a broad and profound understanding of Business and Technology relationships at different industries.

He previously held technology posts across government, commercial and consulting sectors namely US Department of State, Falabella –  Chile’s largest retail MNC, and has worked with EY and KMPG prior joining Hydro.

Israel has a degree with honours in Informatics Engineering in Peru and Master’s in Business Administration, Busines Operations and Information Technology.
