David has worked for 20 years in technology. Having moved into a career in technology via change management, David is particularly interested in how to drive user engagement with tech, in order to maximise the value of applications. At XCL Education, David aims to create a group technology function with a focus on service rather than control, driving quality project delivery, looking at how technology can help to improve education outcomes for students, as well as delivering an improved student and parent experience.
