Looking after expansion planning, new store formats, eCommerce, Web &amp; Digital as well as Multichannel initiatives, Michael\u2019s role will transform IKEA into a retailer that supports customers across all channels and provides a great shopping experience wherever and whenever a customer engages with IKEA.
