Mary-Beth Hosking is a pragmatic and seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in organisational transformations. Mary-Beth published her first book “In One Piece – A Step-by-Step Guide to Surviving Change” at the beginning of the Covid Pandemic and hopes that this has helped leaders grappling with the changes Covid has brought to the corporate landscape. She is currently authoring her second book “From Singer to CIO – A journey of resiliency, transformation and recognising your value ” which is a tail of bridging two diametrically opposed career paths into a successful transition to the C-Suite.

Mary-Beth holds a Masters Degree in Business and Technology with majors in Strategic and Change management. She has over 17 years’ experience leading restructures in multinational organisations including BP, Toll Holdings and Specsavers.
