Jo is Director of Technology Risk, Governance and Performance at Bupa Asia-Pacific.  Jo’s expertise spans a broad range of disciplines including Portfolio Management, Governance Risk and Compliance, IT Vendor Management, Strategic Sourcing, Commercial Management, Value Realisation, and Workforce Planning. Jo has gained experience across Banking, Finance and Insurance, Manufacturing, Health and Aged Care sectors, and has worked for leading Australian and multi-national organisations including ANZ Bank, GE, AustralianSuper and Bupa. Jo holds a MBA in Technology Management from La Trobe University, and was recently awarded a post-graduate Certificate in Data Science Strategy and Leadership from RMIT. Jo also holds several industry certifications related to Six Sigma, Human Centred Design, Contract and Commercial Management, and Technology Management.

She is an advocate for gender equity and leads the Tech-A-Gender women’s advocacy program for Bupa.
