As GM of IT, I oversee the engine room of the company, managing digital and IT applications, shaping long and short term plans and projects. Focusing on continuous business operations improvement, I work across the business, collaborating and coaching senior technology leaders and managing external vendors. Through technical and business reviews and end-to-end planning, I am driving and delivering large scale transformations that embrace cloud technologies to support high-impact growth.

With an engineering background I am a natural problem-solver with a knack for understanding and seeing the human appeal of technology, I ask the right questions and craft effective IT strategies and customer experiences that achieve both quality control and agility.
