As the Head of Solutions Consulting for SS&C Blue Prism, Jay leads a team of solution consultants spanning across Southeast Asia and the Greater China region (namely Hong Kong, Taiwan and China) to deliver high-quality intelligent automation solutioning that meet an organizational strategic objectives and business needs. Jay is responsible for providing strategic solution insights in addressing customers’ key business initiatives in driving digital transformation. Jay has proven track records in scaling numerous successful enterprise-wide projects in both public and private sector organizations and has worked closely with European and American specialist companies in bringing innovative technologies to Asia Pacific.

In his role as the pre-sales lead, Jay also continues to drive improvement and innovation in solutioning, leveraging emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision etc.

As a veteran in the Digital Transformation space specifically in the areas of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Business Process Management (BPM), Jay has amassed over 20 years of both sales and technical experience in the industry collaborating with various stakeholders such as business leaders, process owners, IT teams, partnering vendors to ensure alignment and integration of intelligent automation solutions.

Jay is known for his ability to bridge the gap between technology and business, translating complex technical concepts into clear and actionable strategies. His leadership has been instrumental in helping customers in ASEAN and Greater China achieve significant cost savings, streamline operations, and boost productivity through intelligent automation.
